■Using your email address as your login ID
You can set a login ID other than your email address.
* For accounts created before October 2017, users were prompted to set their own login ID.
■Check your uppercase / lowercase
Make sure that uppercase / lowercase input is not the issue; please type in uppercase when applicable using the Shift key.
■Mixing up numbers with alphabet
Make sure you don't mix up numbers with alphabet (e.g. 1I, 2Z, 5S, 0O).
■Space before and after input
Make sure no space is included before or after your input.
