In the following cases, points will not be returned even if a product rating is given.
■A coupon was used
When you purchase a product using a coupon, you will not receive points for that product.
■The product was purchased with points only
Products purchased entirely with points are not eligible for point return.
■The product is part of a pack
When you purchase a product pack, points will only be received for the pack itself, not for the individual contents of the pack.
■The product was free, or received as a Gift
Free products or received gifts are not eligible for point return.
■90 days have passed since purchase
Points are received after you leave a product rating within 90 days of purchasing the product.
