Purchased product(s) don't show up in my library.

Please try the following.

■Re-sync the library

Please try updating the library by clicking "Re-sync library" in the upper right.

■Reinstall DLsite Nest

Follow these directions to reinstall the app.

1. Exit out of NEST via the Windows task tray at the bottom right.
2. Uninstall DLsite Nest.
3. Download the latest version from the About DLsite Nest page.
4. Install the newly-downloaded version of DLsite Nest.
