There is a possibility that something on your device is interfering with the PlayDRM protection software.
We have received reports that if software such as "Nahimic" / "Nahimic2" / "SonicSuite" are operating on a device, they may interfere with and cause PlayDRM protected products to terminate unexpectedly.
If any of the software mentioned above sounds familiar, or you are aware of software on your device which "does not play nicely," we recommend attempting to run the product with such software terminated.
