There is a possibility you are running the incorrect executable file.
Please attempt running the correct authentication executable.
■There is a file named "startup(.exe)"
Run the "startup(.exe)" file.
e.g.
Product Folder
├ startup(.exe) ← This one.
└ 〇〇〇(.exe) ← NOT this one.
■There is a "data" folder
Run the "〇〇〇(.exe)" file located in the same folder as the "data" folder.
e.g.
Product Folder
├ 〇〇〇(.exe) ← This one.
└ data
└ 〇〇〇(.exe) ← NOT this one.
■An authentication screen in not displayed regardless
Depending on your security software, PlayDRM functionality may be interrupted and the product may not run correctly. Please try restarting the program after checking the How to Change Security Settings page and creating an exception for the installation folder or pausing your firewall.
If there is NO exe file in the extracted folder, it is likely that your security software has quarantined or deleted the file outright. Please re-download and extract the files with your security software disabled.
Currently, in Windows, the (.exe) filename extension is not displayed by default.
