There may be multiple instances of the game's .exe running at the same time.
Please try the method below, then attempt to launch the game again.
Note that the .exe file name will differ depending on the product.
1) Force close any instances of the game in the Task Manager.
- Open the Task Manager by right-clicking your task bar, and selecting "Task Manager." Click "Details."
- Click the relevant game .exe file (e.g. startup.exe).
- Click "End Task".
2) Launch the game from the installation folder .exe.
3) Restart your computer.
