Please check the below information.
■Corrupted file/CRC Error
The download may be incomplete, or the file was corrupted. Your security software may also falsely mark the file as corrupted. Please check [ How to change security settings to pause your security software ], then try your download again.
■Error during the extraction of split files
If you get an error that says "next volume is required", some required files may be missing. If this error occurs, please confirm the following points:
- That you have downloaded all the files
- That all the files were saved in the same folder
- That you did not rename any of the files
- That you are running the (Product Number) part1.exe file (running other parts will not work).
- The files are saved on a local disk drive (The file may fail to extract if the files are in other locations such as external storage media like USB drives.)
- If you get an error that says some installation files are corrupt, the downloaded file may be corrupted.
In this case, please refer to "Corrupted file/CRC error" section above.
■Write error
If you are trying to extract to a non-hard drive location such as external storage media, please change the location to the local disk drive (such as C:).
Also, if you have double-clicked the file several times, there may be multiple write processes conflicting with the extraction. Please resolve all such processes and try again.
■An error occurs while extracting a compressed folder
Extraction may not complete correctly if you use Windows' standard extraction feature, rather than extraction software.
Please try installing dedicated extraction software and using that.
