If the order was processed by Paidy, but your purchases are not reflected, please confirm the following.
Check your Paidy app and email.
- App: If the purchase amount is displayed in the unconfirmed column of your statement.
- Email: If the email title is "Confirmation of Use", or the email specifies that the payment is still unconfirmed.
In these cases, the order is still unconfirmed.
If your order is not cancelled by Paidy after some time, or your order is confirmed, yet the products are not reflected in your [ Purchase History ], please contact us.
