Again... There is also a possibility that a file being is intercepted by your security-related software. We have received several reports regarding incompatibility between anti-virus software and Japanese fonts in some products, especially when it is a game in software format.
Protection software related issues are usually solved by turning off the anti-virus software, other security software and also firewall settings on your computer.
●If the product still does not work
If even after that performing all the above steps, the product still does not work, please finally confirm that the following folders actually exist and also try setting an exception rule for them in your anti virus software / firewall settings for Windows (or otherwise).
C:Program Files (x86)Common FilesCypherTec
C:Program FilesCommon FilesCypherTec
These folders contain files which are necessary for the authentication system to work and they should automatically be created upon running the protection software.
●If none of the above steps solves the problem

- Please run the "ctmov_unreg.reg" file. Please select "Yes" when a new window appears. (The window will appear twice)
- Please restart your PC.
- After restarting your PC, please try running the software.
