How to check your coupons (PC)
１．Click "Coupon Management" in "My Page" or click the "Coupon X" link in the upper right corner of the top page.
２．The list of coupons you have will be displayed
In the "Refine" row, you can filter the available coupons by genre.
If you check the "Display coupons for adult-only products" checkbox, coupons available for use on 18+ products will be displayed.
You can also use "Reorder" to sort and check available coupons.
*If you wish to view all the coupons you have, please check all the "Refine" and "Display coupons for adult-only products" checkboxes.
３．Coupons have expiration dates, terms of use, and cautions.
Check over the details carefully and then choose the coupon you want to use.
４．Some coupons have a list of the applicable products or a page showing a list of eligible products.
Click "Use Coupon" and select the product you wish to purchase.
How to check your coupons (Smartphone)
１．Tap "Coupon" from the menu in the upper left corner.
２．The list of coupons you have will be displayed.
If you check the "Display coupons for adult-only products" checkbox, coupons available for use on 18+ products will be displayed.
You can filter your available coupons by genre by selecting or deselecting the genres here.
You can also use "Reorder" to sort and check available coupons.

How to use a coupon
To use a coupon, follow the steps listed in[ Purchasing Products ]and choose a coupon to use.

My coupon is gone
Once a coupon expires, it can no longer be used.
In addition, coupons that can only be used once will be consumed when used for payment.
If a coupon has been consumed even though payment has not been completed, please refer to[ My coupon disappeared ].
