Please check your system and browser and follow the directions below.
○Windows, Mac
■Chrome
- Select the Menu button and choose Settings.
- Select More Tools... and then Privacy, and click Clear Browsing Data...
- Check the box for Cached Images and Files.
- Select All Time from the drop-down menu.
- Click the Clear Data button.
■Firefox
- From the History menu, select Clear Recent History.
- From the Time range to clear: drop-down menu, select Everything.
- Select the check box of Cache and click Clear Now.
■Microsoft Edge
- Select Settings from the ... menu.
- Select Cached data and files
- Click the Clear button.
■Safari
- From the menu bar, please go to Safari > Preferences.
- Select the check box of Show Develop menu in menu bar under the Advanced tab.
- On menu bar, select Develop > Empty Caches.
○Android
■Chrome
- Tap the Menu button and then History.
- Select Clear browsing data.
- Check Cached images and files, then tap Clear data.
■Android Browser
- Tap the Menu button in the top right, then tap Settings.
- Tap Privacy & Security.
- Tap Clear cache.
- Confirm your selection, then click OK.
○IOS
■Safari
- On the home screen, tap Settings.
- Tap Safari.
- Tap Clear history & web site data.
- Confirm your selection, then tap Clear history and data.
■Chrome
- Tap the Menu button and then History.
- Select Clear browsing data.
- Check Cached images and files, then tap Clear data.
- Confirm your selection, then tap Clear data.
