How can I clear temporary Internet (cached) files?

Please check your system and browser and follow the directions below.

○Windows, Mac

■Chrome

1.  Select the Menu button and choose Settings.
2.  Select More Tools... and then Privacy, and click Clear Browsing Data...
3.  Check the box for Cached Images and Files.
4.  Select All Time from the drop-down menu.
5.  Click the Clear Data button.

■Firefox

1. From the History menu, select Clear Recent History.
2. From the Time range to clear: drop-down menu, select Everything.
3. Select the check box of Cache and click Clear Now.

■Microsoft Edge

1. Select Settings from the ... menu.
2. Select Cached data and files
3. Click the Clear button.

■Safari

1. From the menu bar, please go to Safari > Preferences.
2. Select the check box of Show Develop menu in menu bar under the Advanced tab.
3. On menu bar, select Develop > Empty Caches.

○Android

■Chrome

1. Tap the Menu button and then History.
2. Select Clear browsing data.
3. Check Cached images and files, then tap Clear data.

■Android Browser

1. Tap the Menu button in the top right, then tap Settings.
2. Tap Privacy & Security.
3. Tap Clear cache.
4. Confirm your selection, then click OK.

○IOS

■Safari

1. On the home screen, tap Settings.
2. Tap Safari.
3. Tap Clear history & web site data.
4. Confirm your selection, then tap Clear history and data.

■Chrome

1. Tap the Menu button and then History.
2. Select Clear browsing data.
3. Check Cached images and files, then tap Clear data.
4. Confirm your selection, then tap Clear data.
