Some translations created through Translators Unite will be done with the translator choosing not to receive any remuneration for their work, instead translating on a volunteer basis.
Such translators will have a "Volunteer" tag appear by their name on the work's product page.
All the proceeds that would have gone to the translator will instead go to the original creator or a related organization, charities or social programs, etc. in the case of volunteer translations.
