How to Log In/Out

Logging In/Out (PC)
１．Log in
Click on the "Login" icon in the upper right corner.
２．Select your login method
There are two login methods: "Login with Login ID and Password" and "Login via a third-party service".
If you would like to log in using your login ID and password, please click [ here ] .
If you would like to use your third-party service ID, please click [ here ] .
How To Log In Using Login ID and Password
１．Logging in
Enter your login ID and password, and press the "Login" button.
*Your ID should be the email address you used to create an account. However, if you have changed your login ID to something else, please enter that instead.
２．Login complete
You have successfully logged in when you can see the "My Items" and "Account" icons in the upper right corner of the screen.
*If you are unable to log in, please refer to the FAQs below.
- The error message "Login ID/password combination you entered is incorrect." appears when attempting to log in
- The error message "Login failed" appears when attempting to log in
- I have forgotten my Login ID and / or Password
３．Logging out
Move the cursor over the "Account" icon in the upper right corner to display the menu.
Press the "Log Out" link at the bottom of the menu.
When the icon in the upper right switches to "Log In," you have logged out.
Logging In Via a Third-party Service
１． Log in using a third-party service
Click the button for the service you wish to log into.
２． Log into that service
You will be redirected to the login screen of your chosen service. Follow the instructions on screen to log into your account.
３．Login complete
You have successfully logged in when you can see the "My Items" and "Account" icons in the upper right corner of the screen.
４．Logging out
Move the cursor over the "Account" icon in the upper right corner to display the menu.
Press the "Log Out" link at the bottom of the menu.
When the icon in the upper right switches to "Log In," you have logged out.

３．Logging out

When the "Create an Account" and "Log In" buttons appear at the top of the menu, logout is complete.

２．Log into that service

３．Login complete
Press "≡" (hamburger menu) in the upper left corner of the screen, and if your Login ID is displayed at the top of the menu, you have successfully logged in.
４．Logging out
Press "≡" (hamburger menu) in the upper left corner and press the "Log Out" button at the top of the menu.
When the "Create an Account" and "Log In" buttons appear at the top of the menu, logout is complete.
