The error message "Login ID/password combination you entered is incorrect." appears when attempting to log in

Please make sure your login ID and password are correctly entered.

■Using your email address as your login ID

You can set a login ID other than your email address.
* For accounts created before October 2017, users were prompted to set their own login ID.

■Check your uppercase / lowercase

Make sure that uppercase / lowercase input is not the issue; please type in uppercase when applicable using the Shift key.

■Mixing up numbers with alphabet

Make sure you don't mix up numbers with alphabet (e.g. 1I, 2Z, 5S, 0O).

■Space before and after input

Make sure no space is included before or after your input.

Sometimes, the version of your browser also affects the login process. Please update your browser to the latest version and try again.
