Earning Points
Points are earned by reviewing a purchased product within 90 days.
You can check the number of points you can earn by looking at the "Potential Points" in the shopping cart when you make a purchase.
※Please be sure to check your "Potential Points" before finalizing your purchase, as changing your coupon/points usage settings will alter the total.
PC version
Smartphone version
If you use a coupon to purchase a product, you will not receive points for that product.

How to earn points
After purchasing a product, please use our star rating system to rate a title from the[ Review ]menu.

１．Select "Product Ratings" from "My Page".
２．Rate the Product
Please rate your purchases using the star rating system.

１．Go to "My Page" and select "Ratings/Reviews"
２．Rate Titles
Please rate your purchases using the star rating system.
※Please rate within 90 days of purchase.
If you do not receive points after rating a title, please check[ I rated a product, but didn't receive points ].
How to earn points from reviews
If you submit a review of a product and it is published, you will receive up to 100 points.

※You can only review products that you have purchased.
If you purchase a bundle, you are only able to review the bundle. You are not able to review individual products within that bundle.
Checking your point balance
You can check your points via[ Point History ]on My Page.

１．Tap the "≡" menu in the upper left corner of the screen.
２．Your "Points" balance will be displayed.
How to use points
When using points, please set the amount of points to be used as detailed in「Purchasing Products」.
My points disappeared before I was able to make a purchase!
If points were consumed because payment was not completed or the transaction failed, the points will be refunded later.
The timing of the refund differs depending on the payment method, so please check[ My points disappeared ]for more information.
