I purchased a product, but did not receive any points

When you purchase products on DLsite using select payment methods, you can receive points based on the purchase total and the associated point return rate.

* Currently, purchases made using "Minna Bank" and "viviON Card" will also reward points.

You will earn points when you make a purchase, but it may take some time for them to appear in your account.
If the points do not appear in your account, please wait a while then try checking again.

For preorders, points will be added when the product is released, not when it is purchased.
