The [ Purchase Order History ] page displays orders that meet the following conditions.
- Orders for which the payment procedure was interrupted for some reason, and coupons and/or DLsite points were used.
- Orders made using [Convenience Store / Net Banking Payment] for which DLsite points or coupons were used(Orders before payment is made.)
- Orders made using [Convenience Store / Net Banking Payment] for which DLsite points or coupons were used(Orders with completed payments with product data not yet reflected in the user account.)
* Orders made with only a [Unlimited Use] coupon and no DLsite points will not be reflected on the [ Purchase Order History ] page.
If your account contains any of the above orders, a link to the [ Purchase Order History ] page will appear in your shopping cart.

The Purchase Order History will be automatically deleted within a week from the order date, but you can also delete it by yourself by clicking ""Cancel order"". There is no penalty for canceling orders (1) and (2).
If you would like to quickly get back a coupon or DLsite points involved with an order, by selecting to cancel the order, both coupon and points will be returned.
* In the case of [ Convenience Store / Net Banking Payment ], please allow approximately 30 minutes from the time of payment until the products are reflected in your account.
In the case of paid payment in (3) above, please do not cancel your order after a payment has been made, as it will cause the works to not be reflected correctly in your Purchase History.
