■Are you logged into another account?

If you have sent two password reset requests via [ Reset Password ], please check the login ID for each, and try logging into the other account.

Are you logged into another account under the same email address (NijiGAME, etc.)?
If you were registered with DLsite from before October 2017, user, circle, and NijiGAME accounts were separately managed under the same email address.

In particular, the Login ID for NijiGAME is your email address, so the change that you are logged into this account is high.
