My PC game will not start.

If your game will not run or closes soon after starting, please confirm the following.

■As mentioned on the product details page

▲[Necessary Settings] The application may not function unless a Japanese language pack is set properly in your PC / the System Locale is set to Japanese. For more details, please refer to [ How can I set my system locale to Japanese? ] on the Frequently Asked Questions page.

■Your security software may be interfering with the game

Please consult[ How to change security settings ]for information on how to create folder exceptions for unzipping and installation, as well as how to pause your software. Then try downloading the file(s) again.

* For copy-protected products

For products that are copy-protected, please consult the help page for copy-protected products.

■DirectX 9.0c is not installed

Please make sure that DirectX 9.0c is installed.

Even if you have installed DirectX 10 or higher, you may need to installed DirectX 9.0c.
Please install[ DirectX Runtime ]and try to run your product again.

A "d3dx9_**.dll is missing" error means that you need to install DirectX 9.0c. Please install DirectX Runtime.

■Run as administrator

Depending on the game, you may need to run it as an administrator. Please right click the exe file or the desktop icon and select "run as administrator".

■Make sure the installation/extraction location is the C Drive

If your file is installed or unzipped onto an HDD or a drive other than C, it may not run correctly. Please set the C drive as the default installation target.

■ Change System Locale Settings

Your system locale settings may not be compatible with the game, preventing you from extracting and launching it properly.

Please refer to [ How can I set my system locale to Japanese? ] and select "Japanese" as your system locale.

Additionally, if the option for "Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support" is checked, please uncheck this option.
