■As mentioned on the product details page

■Your security software may be interfering with the game
Please consult[ How to change security settings ]for information on how to create folder exceptions for unzipping and installation, as well as how to pause your software. Then try downloading the file(s) again.
* For copy-protected products
For products that are copy-protected, please consult the help page for copy-protected products.
■DirectX 9.0c is not installed
Please make sure that DirectX 9.0c is installed.
Even if you have installed DirectX 10 or higher, you may need to installed DirectX 9.0c.
Please install[ DirectX Runtime ]and try to run your product again.
A "d3dx9_**.dll is missing" error means that you need to install DirectX 9.0c. Please install DirectX Runtime.
■Run as administrator
Depending on the game, you may need to run it as an administrator. Please right click the exe file or the desktop icon and select "run as administrator".
■Make sure the installation/extraction location is the C Drive
If your file is installed or unzipped onto an HDD or a drive other than C, it may not run correctly. Please set the C drive as the default installation target.
■For RPG Maker products
You may not have the right software for RPG Maker compatibility. Please check [ here ].
