■Has the coupon issuing period passed?

If the coupon issuing period has passed, you can no longer receive the coupon.

■Do you have multiple user accounts?

Coupons are issued to the user ID associated with the e-mail address only.
They cannot be used for other user IDs.

■Was the product acquired with a Gift Code?

Products acquired with a Gift Code are not eligible for coupons issued based on product purchase.
