What is VR?

VR refers to a "virtual reality experience" where you can get a sense of being physically present in a virtual world by wearing a dedicated headset.
To have a VR experience, you need VR goggles, a dedicated headset device.

VR content have two categories: VR compatible and VR only. While the former is playable without a VR device, a VR device is indispensable for the latter.

This type uses a headset made of cardboard and a smartphone to get a simple and low-cost VR experience. Being built out of low-cost materials and using a smartphone display, this type is available at an affordable price.

The price depends on the manufacturer; typically, it is between 15 and 30 US dollars if it's made of cardboard, and under 100 US dollars if it's made of plastic.
