I want to set up Two-Factor Authentication

To set up two-factor authentication, you need a smartphone and an authentication app.

■How to Setup Two-factor Authentication

Follow the steps below to set up two-factor authentication:

【PC】

1. Log in to DLsite.
2. After logging in, click on "Account" at the top right and select "Account Management" from the menu.
3. Click on the "Set Up Two-Factor Authentication" button on the account management page.
4. Click the "Set Up" button on the two-factor authentication setup page.
5. Enter your DLsite password and click the "Proceed to issue authentication code" button.
6. After installing the authentication app, enter the displayed authentication code and click the "Enable Two-Factor Authentication" button.

【Smartphone】

1. Login to DLsite.
2. After logging in, click the hamburger menu icon (≡) on the top left. From there, click on "Settings" at the top of the menu.
3. Under My Page, click on "Manage Your Account" under the "Account Management" section at the bottom.
4. Click on "Account Management" at the top.
5. Click on the "Set Up Two-Factor Authentication" button on the account management page.
6. Click the "Set Up" button on the two-factor authentication setup page.
7. Enter your DLsite password and click the "Proceed to issue authentication code" button.
8. After installing the authentication app, enter the displayed authentication code and click the "Enable Two-Factor Authentication" button.
   

*Note: You need to complete the 2FA setup within 30 minutes of clicking the "Set Up" button.

If you delete the app or change your smartphone, please disable two-factor authentication in advance or go through "Reset Two-Factor Authentication."
