I want to disable Two-Factor Authentication

You can disable Two-Factor Authentication from the [ Set Two-Factor Authentication ] page in Account Management.
Disabling Two-Factor Authentication will allow authentication with your password alone, potentially weakening the security of your account.

■How to Remove Two-factor Authentication

You can disable Two-Factor Authentication by following these steps:

【PC】

1. Log in to DLsite.
2. After logging in, and from the menu that appears, click "Account Management."
3. On the Account Management page, click the "Set up Two-Factor Authentication" button.
4. On the Two-Factor Authentication setup page, click the "Disable" button.
5. Enter your DLsite password and click "Proceed to Input Authentication Code."
6. Open your authentication app, input the displayed Authentication Code, and click "Disable Two-Factor Authentication."

【Smartphone】

1. Login to DLsite.
2. After logging in, click the hamburger menu icon (≡) on the top left. From there, click on "Settings" at the top of the menu.
3. Under My Page, click on "Manage Your Account" under the "Account Management" section at the bottom.
4. Click on "Account Management" at the top.
5. On the Account Management page, click the "Set up Two-Factor Authentication" button.
6. On the Two-Factor Authentication setup page, click the "Disable" button.
7. Enter your DLsite password and click "Proceed to Input Authentication Code."
8. Open your authentication app, input the displayed Authentication Code, and click "Disable Two-Factor Authentication.
