"Buy now" is a convenient feature when you want to purchase only one product you are currently viewing.
Using the "Buy now" button, you can directly move to the "Confirm Order" page without going through the cart.
"Buy now" doesn't mean you can buy the product with one click. You may change your payment method and use your points or coupons on the "Confirm Order" page before checking out.
