My points disappeared

Depending on your payment method, the timing of your points being returned may differ in the event of a failed transaction.

■For credit card, electronic money (BitCash, etc.), and atone

For credit card, electronic money (PayPay, FamiPay, BitCash, Rakuten Edy), and atone, if the purchase was not completed before the pay period limit, the transaction failed, and your points seemed to disappear. it can take approximately 30 minutes to 3 hours for your points to be returned automatically.

■For convenience store prepayment / net banking

* This payment method is only available in Japan.

Your points will be returned before noon (JST) within a few days of the pay period limit.
If you wish to have your points returned sooner, you can cancel the order via [ Purchase Request History ].

Ex)
If you ordered a product with convenience store prepayment / net banking at 20:00 (JST) 2020/01/20, the pay period limit is 23:59 (JST) 2020/01/22. If the payment is not completed before the limit, the points will be return before noon on 2020/01/24.
