Using an exclusive web app, Cloud Gaming is a service which allows you to play games streamed from remote servers over the internet.

This means you can enjoy large games without the hassle of downloading them.

*If you're in an area with an unstable connection, such as while on the move, you may experience difficulty playing. A WiFi connection is recommended.

■ How to check if a game supports [Cloud Gaming]

* If you wish to check whether a product supports [Cloud Gaming], please refer to the product page. If supported, it will be specified that the product is DLsite GamePlay [Cloud Gaming] compatible.

■ System requirements for [Cloud Gaming]

A stable internet connection is always required.

If your connection becomes unstable, the game screen will pause, and a notification bar will appear.

Once the connection stabilizes, gameplay will resume; however, if the connection quality remains poor for 60 seconds, the game will close.

The game will also close automatically under the following circumstances:

- If there is no activity on the game screen for 3 minutes and no actions are taken within 30 seconds after a notification bar appears.

- If the device enters sleep mode or switches to another app, leaving the game in the background for 4 minutes.

Please note that save data will not be retained if the game is closed as described above.

■ Simultaneous connection limit for [Cloud Gaming]

[Cloud Gaming] has a set limit on the number of simultaneous connections per title.

If access exceeds the limit, a "Game server is busy" screen will appear.

You will need to wait on this screen until your turn.
*If access exceeds the limit, the maximum number of connections will be increased the following day to resolve congestion.

■About the DLsite GamePlay Cloud Gaming feature

Control functionality will vary by product.

There are 2 different control types, so please use the one designated for each product.

■ Save functionality in [Cloud Gaming]

[Cloud Gaming] games allow saving, and save data is automatically backed up to the server.

Please note the following regarding saving with [Cloud Gaming]:

- It is recommended to save the game when pausing gameplay temporarily.

- As save data is stored on the server, it cannot be accessed or retained if the [Cloud Gaming] service ends.

■ About the [Cloud Gaming] service

While this service allows unlimited gameplay during its provision period, it may be discontinued for any reason. If the service ends, its titles will no longer be playable.

If this service is discontinued at the company's discretion, an announcement will be made on DLsite approximately 6 months in advance.

However, the company will not be held liable for any discontinuation of the service caused by third parties that provide essential cloud or communication features.

Refunds will not be issued due to service termination. Thank you for your understanding.
