An error occurs when attempting to purchase points.

If an error message is displayed after you complete a transaction for DLsite Points and the points are not added to your DLsite service account's point balance, it may be due to one of the following reasons.

• The payment handler may be performing system maintenance, and it is not possible for them to process your transaction. 
  We recommend waiting some time before trying again. (If the purchase is urgent, please consider using a different payment method.)
• It may be a temporary error. 
  Please directly contact the payment handler of your settlement method to confirm whether they received a charge from DLsite. 
  If so, please wait until the transaction has been fully processed.
• You may be temporarily restricted from making transactions. 
  Please note that making multiple transactions in a short period of time may trigger security related restrictions. 
  We recommend waiting some time before trying again.
