You've purchased a product on DLsite, but... where do you go to download it?
Read on to find out how to download and extract your purchases.
DLsite allows you to download your purchased products as many times as you like.
However, you will not be able to download works that have a ✖ in the "Available for viewing" section of the product page.
Please check the product page and confirm what options are available to you!

Q：Why can't I download some works?
A：There are many types of files, and depending on the type of file, there are works that can be downloaded and works that cannot be downloaded, so they are divided into browser streaming and download.
Q：What does extracting a file do?
A：When you download a work from DLsite, you download a compressed (zipped) version of the file because it would take up too much space if you download the file as it is.
Therefore, after downloading the compressed data, it is necessary to "unzip" it back to its original size.
The downloading and extracting methods differ for each device.

You can download purchased titles not only from the product page, but also from your purchase history, DLsite Play (browser streaming), and DLsiteNEST (DLsite's dedicated application).
Q：What are DLsite Play (browser streaming) and DLsiteNEST?
A：DLsite Play provides the ability to instantly view purchased products within your web browser without any need for downloading / extracting zip files. Although it is called an application, there is no need to install it!
DLsiteNEST is a client app where users can download products, display them, and make purchases. It works even with large files and features one-click extraction.

１．Select "Account" in the upper right corner, then go to My Page.
※If you do not see "Account", you are not logged in.
See "Logging in and Out" to log in and go to "My Page".
２．Select "Purchased Items" and open DLsite Play.
Alternatively, you can also open DLsite Play from "My Items" in the upper right corner.
３．The screen will switch to DLsite Play,
Select "All" at the top of the library and choose the work you want to download.
４．Select the blue "Download" button in the upper right corner of the screen.
５．Select "Download onto your device" at the bottom left of the screen to start downloading.
The files will be saved to the "Download" folder on your computer if you have not changed the save location yourself.
※If the file is large, DLsite provides it as a split download.
You will be redirected to the split file download page.

・How to download from your purchase history
１．Select "Account" in the upper right corner, then go to My Page.

*If the file is large, DLsite provides it as a split download.

How to Download Split Files
Click the purple icon labeled "Split Download" to start downloading.
The file is split into multiple files as shown below, so download them all to the same storage location.
*The files will be saved in the "Download" folder on your computer if you have not changed the save location yourself.
・How to download from DLsiteNEST
DLsiteNEST is an application exclusively for DLsite users that allows you to purchase, view, and download works, and can be downloaded from the help page below.
After downloading, launch the file and follow the instructions on the screen to install the application.
After installation, open DLsite NEST and follow the instructions below to download the work.
１．Go to the top page of DLsiteNEST and click "Library".
２．Click the product you wish to download.
３．Click the purple download button to start downloading.
DLsite Nest automatically downloads, extracts, and combines all files, so extraction is not necessary.
If downloading via DLsiteNEST stops midway or does not work properly, please refer to the following FAQ.

・How to download with a license key
By entering the 16-digit alphanumeric code license key on the back of the card, you can add the digital product data to your DLsite user account.
Go to the following page, enter your license key, and then submit the form.

After completing the form, the digital version of the work will be added to your DLsite user account.
(After that, you can re-download the data as many times as you like.)

How to download your purchases (Smartphone)
１．Select the menu bar on the upper left of the DLsite page.
２．Go to the page of the product you wish to download.
If you have already purchased the product, you can also go to the product page from "My Items" or "Purchase History".
３．If you are viewing a work, the page will change and the DLsite Play library screen will be displayed,Select the work you want to download, and then select the download button in the upper right corner of the screen.
Select the work you wish to download, and then select the "Go to Download page" button.
４．If you are viewing your purchase history, locate the relevant title and select the purple "Download" button.
５．You will be redirected to the download page. Download the file.
And you're done!
No need to extract the work on your smartphone.
