■ Error Occurs When Extracting Files Using Windows' Default Extraction Function
When extracting files using Windows' default functionality, the process may not complete correctly. In such cases, please try using a separate extraction software.
However, depending on compatibility with the extraction software, the extraction may still fail. If you encounter errors like "Compressed (zip) folder error," "Cannot open the folder," "Required file not found," or "Error 0x80004005," please try using the following extraction software:

7-Zip

■ Extraction Fails Due to Security Software
In some cases, your security software may display warnings such as "Infected with a virus," "Virus detected," or "Trojan detected" when extracting the content, mistakenly identifying safe files as malware.
Please rest assured that DLsite checks all products for any viruses prior to sale.
If a false positive from the security software prevents you from downloading, extracting, or executing the files, please refer to [ How do I change my security software settings? ], and either set an exclusion for the folder or files in your security software or temporarily disable the security software to proceed.
■ Error Occurs When Extracting a Compressed Folder
Due to the specifications of Windows, there is a file path limit of 255 bytes.
If a file path exceeds 255 bytes, you will not be able to create a folder or save files. Please try one of the following methods:
* If you are unsure how to extract files, please refer to [ I don't know how to decompress (extract) files. ].
1. Change the file path directly to a folder named "DLsite" in the C drive, then attempt the extraction again.
2. If the file name is too long, saving may fail. Try renaming the file to a shorter name before extracting.
Example: Rename it to its Work ID "RJXXXXXXXX"
